Only she knows where particular documents are, when the office rent is due and in which folder on the disk the contract should be uploaded. We’re not joking when we say that without her, it would all collapse like a house of cards in a month.
She manages offers, meetings, papers, payments, coffee supplies (crucial!), makes sure that our office guests feel comfortable and often supports other advisors when they run from door to door. In other words, an exemplary, always smiling and composed hostess.
From time to time, she works in the field, rents something, sells something, but she knows what responsibility she has and what would happen if she were not there, so she does not leave her colleagues alone for too long.
